Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped to Utah (at 6.75%). Orders shipped to all other locations will not be charged sales tax.
How can I cancel my order?
Please call our toll-free customer service line at 1.800.796.1910 before 1:00pm Mountain Time to cancel your order. Orders placed after 2:00pm Mountain Time or on the weekend can be cancelled before 1:00pm the following business day.
What is your exchange policy?
We will gladly exchange your unworn shoes within 60 days of purchase for a different size. Simply call our toll-free customer service line at 1.800.796.1910 or locally at 801.375.2711 to arrange the exchange. We will email you a FREE pre-paid return shipping label. Then fill out our Merchandise Return Form
& send back your footwear.
How do I return my order?
We allow you 60 days to return your new, un-worn shoes in the original packaging. Please call us so we can email you a FREE pre-paid return shipping label. Then fill out our Merchandise Return Form
and include it in the box when you return your footwear. We will not be responsible for items we do not receive. We will not accept COD packages. Please keep in mind that all sales are final on all Clearance items and they may not be returned.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. We do not refund shipping fees (if applicable) from your original order. All returns will be refunded in kind (if you paid by credit card your credit card will be refunded; if you paid by gift card, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card). Is shipping really free?
Free Ground shipping is available on all orders of $99.99 or more. We also offer free shipping on returns. Please see the "How do I return my order" FAQ above.
What if my order totals less than $99.99?
For orders that total less than $99.99 (before tax, if applicable) a flat shipping charge of $15 will apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped via Ground shipping (either UPS Ground,FedEx Ground, or USPS Parcel Post, our choice). We are located in Provo, UT. Ground shipping can take approximately from 2-7 days depending on where you are located. You can track your shipment online using tracking number found in your shipping confirmation e-mail at www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com.
Is there a way to expedite shipping?
Currently we only offer ground shipping. Other shipping services may be offered in the future.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, and do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or US Territories.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping and shipping to US Territories is not available at this time.

Are other sizes, colors, or widths available through special order?
We specialize in hard-to-fit customers. We will gladly special order shoes in sizes or widths not available on our website. Keep in mind that re-stocking fees may apply to items that are special ordered and then returned. Will you share my personal information?
At Modern Shoe we respect your privacy. We will not sell your personal information such as your name, address, purchase history, or e-mail address. When you provide your e-mail address we will use it to e-mail your order and shipping confirmation e-mails. and you have the option to opt-out of being added to our mailing list. If you choose to subcribe to our mailing list we will send you e-mails from time to time regarding promotions and sales. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
