C/75 I/75 (Impact & Compression)—Safety footwear that meets or exceeds ASTM requirements for impact and compression, for example steel toe or composite toe safety shoes.
CD (Conductive)—Designed for use in areas with highly volatile materials.  Made with materials and cements that offer no electrical resistance; these shoes and boots prevent build-up of static electricity and are completely grounded.   Please note: these offer no protection in areas with highly charged equipment or open circuits. Click on the icon to view our Conductive footwear or search for keyword: CD
CT (Composite Toe)—A lightweight protective toe cap for safety toe shoes and work boots that meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-05 standard for protective footwear. Click on the icon to view our Composite Toe footwear or search for keyword: CT

EH (Electrical Hazard)—Designed for use in areas with highly charged equipment or open circuts.  This is a secondary protection that is provided in dry conditions only.  Protection deteriorates in wet environments and after long-term wear. Please note: these should not be worn in areas with micro-circuit hazards or static discharge. Click on the icon to view our Electrical Hazard footwear or search for keyword: EH

HR (Heat Resistant)—The outsole on these safety shoes and boots are designed to withstand high temperatures. Click on the icon to view our Heat Resistant footwear or search for keyword: HR
INS (Insulated)—These boots and shoes are insulated to protect the wearer in cold working environments.  See product description on each shoe for specific cold tolerance levels. Click on the icon to view our Insulated footwear or search for keyword: INS
LW (Lightweight Safety Toe)—A lightweight metallic toe cap for safety toe shoes and work boots that meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-05 standard for protective footwear.  Made from alloys or lightweight metals, these safety toe shoes provide the protection of a steel-toe with the lightweight comfort and convenience of a composite toe. SD (Static Dissipating)—Designed for use in areas where static electricity could be problematic.  This type of footwear discharges small charge into the walking surface, reducing accumulated static electricity.  Please note: these should not be worn in areas with highly charged equipment or open circuits.  Also replacing manufacturer's insole could alter or eliminate SD properties of the footwear. Click on the icon to view our Static Dissipating footwear or search for keyword: SD
