Easy Returns and Repairs

3 Convenient Methods
With the mobility of a shoemobile,
we feel it important to provide a
way for customers to return
problematic shoes (fit or other
issues) or necessary repairs in an
efficient manner.
- Online: Returns and
repairs are easily processed at
www.modernshoe.com.
We will e-mail you a UPS return
shipping label to return your
shoes at no cost to you.
For repairs, simply print the
Shoe Repair form, fill
it out, and include it in the
package with your shoes when you
send them in for repair. Or, if
you don’t have an internet
connection...
- By Phone: Call our
toll free # 1-800-796-1910 and
we will be happy to assist
customers with repairs or
returns.
- In-Store: Customers
who are nearby are welcome to
bring returns or repairs
in to the store.
Free Shipping
We will mail or e-mail a UPS
Return Shipping Label directly to
the customer. They simply attach the
Return Shipping Label to the box and
give it to UPS. In our in-house
repair shop all repairs will be
processed the same day they are
received and will leave our store
via UPS within 48 hours upon us
receiving them. We will pay the
shipping to get the shoes back to
you.
