Return Policy


We allow you 60 days to return your new, un-worn shoes in the original packaging (excluding clearance items which are not returnable).

In-store Returns: To return an item to our retail store, simply bring the item in the original box, with the original receipt to our Provo store location.

Online Returns: If returning an item purchased from our website, please call us so we can email you a FREE pre-prepaid return shipping label. Then fill our our Merchandise Return Form and include it in the box with your returned items. We will not be responsible for items we do not receive. We will not accept COD packages.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. We do not refund shipping fees (if applicable) from your original order. All returns will be refunded in kind (if you paid by credit card your credit card will be refunded; if you paid by gift card, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card).
